Small Group Training - 2 or 4 days/week

6:30 - 7:30 am

7:30 - 8:30 am

8:30 - 9:30 am

5:30 - 6:30 pm

  • All Members must sign up for each day & time separately. 
  • Non-Members #1-Pick your session day/time. #2-email will be sent for online payment options prior to workout.

Individual Personal Training - upon availability

  • Members - Payment options in person, Credit Card Online or Paypal.
  • Non-Members $20/session - payment due via email link after registering for session times.

Individual Personal Training - by Appointment only - $35/1 hr Session

Water, sports drinks, towel.

Wear athletic gear & good cross trainer shoes, and don't forget to bring

Serving the Spring/The Woodlands, Tx area. Once reservation is confirmed, an additional email will be sent giving location. 

Additional Training times added as needed. 

Class size & Age limit

Must be at least 16 years old, unless a Parent or Guardian is present. Children under 16 must have prior approval from Serving Fit.

Class size limited to 5

No child care available 

What can I do before to prepare for the session?

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - start drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily.

Everyone must sign a waiver to participate. This will be sent once your reservation is confirmed.

Serving Fit - Core Basics!


Serving Fit's Core Basic Beliefs concerning fitness...

We target the beginner athlete, those needing a push getting started, to the experienced athlete. Each training session is limited to 6. We will inspire, motivate, encourage, and challenge every participant to make fitness a part of everyday life. 

We will cover Serving Fit's Core Basic targets concerning health, which include Strength (at any age this is important), Flexibility (stretching is far UNDER valued), Cardio (remember, your heart is a muscle) & Balance (working with seniors to keep them off the floor).

There are NO CONTRACTS, and with class sizes limited to 6, reservations for each individual day & time, well in advance are recommended. The goal is to teach a balance of exercises, to equip each participant basic core disciplines that will serve them well for years to come.
