Must be at least 16 years old, unless a Parent or Guardian is present. Children under 16 must have prior approval from Serving Fit.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - start drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily.
Everyone must sign a waiver to participate. This will be sent once your reservation is confirmed.
We target the beginner athlete, those needing a push getting started, to the experienced athlete. Each training session is limited to 5. We will inspire, motivate, encourage, and challenge every participant to make fitness a part of everyday life.
We will cover Serving Fit's Core Basic beliefs concerning health, which include Strength, Flexibility, Cardio & Balance.
There are no contracts, and with class sizes limited to 5, reservations for each individual day & time, well in advance are recommended. The goal is to teach a balance of exercises, to equip each participant basic core disciplines that will serve them well for years to come.
