As a Coach, my vision is to help develop athletes that have a drive and desire to push themselves to reach their goals and dreams. I believe every single person has the ability to do ANYTHING that they set their mind to. The challenge is being willing to push their mental man past what they think is possible. Endurance has always been a part of my life no matter what the challenge was, whether sports, my time in law enforcement or military, or just life itself. Today, I have a passion to teach this particular form of fitness to others, and what it takes to acquire it.
The purpose of Tri Fit The Woodlands is to build up individuals that do not want to settle for mediocre anymore. Whether the mediocrity be with current workouts or training plans, specific disciplines that you are struggling with, or simply life itself, DON’T SETTLE! What is the point of a Goal? I personally feel that without goals, you have nothing to strive for or get better at. Everyone needs goals in life and especially in fitness. Some of the goals that I have set for myself are to one day:
These are just some of the “Big” goals that I have challenged myself with, but there are so many more that are both short term and long term. Each athlete that I coach will be challenged to have both short term and long term goals, because everyone needs something to fight for. Regardless if you fail at first, as long as you DO NOT QUIT, you will achieve success.
